The Pipeline to end poverty was created as a local "cradle to grave" approach to end poverty. This comprehensive approach has been adapted from the "Bridges Continuum" designed by Phil DeVol of aha! Process, Inc. and Scott Miller of Move the Mountain, Inc.
The goal is to ensure no one "slips through the cracks" or ever has the opportunity to fall behind from the start so they are able to achieve their goals for a quality life full of resources, relationships and meaning.
